Our wool felt hat bodies are made in the USA and are crafted with quality in mind. Each hat body is produced with Shellac powder stiffener inside the felt (steam activated) to ensure durability and shape retention.
All sizes are approximate measurements. All prices are GBP (£) & Ex-VAT.
We endeavour to stock matching Cones and Flares (Caps) in matching sets for larger creations!

The 10% Polymide gives the beret a bit of stretch and shrink, stops it going baggy after a uses!

A thick and stiffened wool felt, for creations that need more body than a normal wool. Great for tri-cornes, bi-cornes and theatrical hats - gives a real hard wearing hat!
